The customer must obtain an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number from Kepco headquarters in advance (see Returning Units to Kepco. Equipment received without an RMA number will be stored at the owner's expense awaiting disposition and no credit will be issued.
All shipping charges for such returns are the responsibility of the customer. No credit will be issued for the original shipping charges to the customer. In addition, ALL such returns are subject to a restocking fee. The minimum restocking fee is 10% of the selling price or $55.00 per unit, whichever is greater. For units with a selling price of less than $100.00, the restocking fee is 33% of the selling price.
