Kepco, Inc. a manufacturer and distributor of power supplies for research instrumentation and OEM's,
announced the election of Mr. Martin Kupferberg to be president of the company. Martin Kupferberg will
continue his operational responsibilities as financial vice president.
Simultaneously, Kepco, Inc. announced the naming of Mr. Saul Kupferberg to become Secretary/Treasurer
of the corporation. Saul Kupferberg will also retain his operational responsibilities as Vice President of
Sales & Marketing.
Kepco is a family-owned enterprise that has, since its founding in 1946, pursued excellence in the design
and manufacture of advanced power products. The company's power supplies are used by nearly every
important company and organization in the electronic research and manufacturing fields, including
telecommunications, automatic testing, avionics and computers. The surviving founders, Jesse, Jack and
Max Kupferberg, pictured above, with their sons, Saul, Martin, Seth, and Mark remain in an advisory
capacity, serving as directors on Kepco's board. Mr. Max Kupferberg serves as Chairman of the Board.
Martin Kupferberg obtained a BA, magnum cum laude, from Brandeis University in 1981 and an MBA in
finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business, in 1985. He is married to Ms. Susan
J. Lorin, an attorney, and has three children ages eight, six and two. He enjoys long distance running and
is currently training for the New York City Marathon.
