Kepco's 1000 watt instrument-grade linear, low-noise power supplies feature a built-in IEEE 488-2 bus interface for full talk-listen test-system interact ability. These power instruments respond to both the SCPI command set and to analog inputs that range from d-c to high audio signals. Series ATE-DMG are derived from Kepco's popular ATE series of precision linear analog power supplies. A 24-key keypad augments the rotary voltage and current controls and a 2-line, 16-character liquid crystal display replaces the meters. This display shows both the settings and actual voltage and current readings. With output ripple and peak to peak noise well under a millivolt (100uV rms) and with source-load effects well under 0.001%, and with 12-bit digital resolution, Kepco's ATE-DMG power instruments are suited to the most demanding test requirements. Their fast-mode bandwidth also allow users to operate them as true current stabilizers with fast load recovery.
